Rachel graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and received her RMT license shortly after. Growing up in Kamloops, Rachel played multiple sports and has always been interested in the body and its recovery.
After working at Vancouver General Hospital as a Nursing Unit Clerk in the Orthopedic/ Trauma unit, Rachel fell in love with patient care and decided that she wanted to provide hands-on support to people who are rehabilitating from injury. This sparked her path to becoming an RMT.
Rachel enjoys working with patients to create a personal treatment plan that works within their comfort. She combines multiple techniques in her treatments such as deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point and scar tissue healing.
She has experience working with ICBC patients and their road to recovery after motor vehicle accidents.
