After Baby is Born

Acupuncture may assist milk production, relieve mastitis, speed up recovery time, regulate hormonal fluctuations, ease postnatal depression and anxiety, aid
healing of caesarean scars, ease back pain, alleviate constipation, and increase energy levels.

Partner Sessions

We also offer a session when you are close to full term for your birth partner to come in and learn some valuable acupressure points for labor. This gives the
partner an engaging part of the process that can make the whole experience better for all. These points may assist a variety of things that may occur, such as
moving baby down into the birth canal, relieving pain during contractions, turning baby posterior, and nausea. We also provide a manual with pictures so that it is easy to perform.
