Cheryl Kinshella completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2008 after compeleting a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Northern British Columbia. She pursued additional training since completion of her degree and uses that knowledge to provide an integrative Physiotherapy experience. She continues to study trauma, the nervous system, social justice, integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness practices.
She treats in a holistic manner, utilizing Physiotherapy assessment in collaboration with movement therapy, lifestyle management, sleep hygiene, injury recovery, chronic disease management, and trauma. Cheryl understands each person has a different path to healing and customizes each treatment plan to the individual. She schedules all appointments on an hourly basis (unless otherwise discussed) with time between sessions to allow you space and time to receive a unique, holistic, patient-centered approach.
